The assurance given by the Secretary of Southern Provincial Council to pay the Telecommunication Allowance to all elegible doctors by 18th May 2012 with arrears.
TUA is not completely withdrawn as the previous agreement with the Secretary of Southern Provincial Council to pay the TA was not fulfilled.
