Those medical officers who failed to apply for the annual transfers 2013 through on line web application are requested to send a manually prepared application on or before 28th February 2013 to Ministry of Health with an excuse letter explaining the reason for the failure.
Both application and the excuse letter should be forwarded by the head of the institution. Otherwise they will be considered in the “noted but not applied category”.
